Ingredients
  

  • - 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • - ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • - ¾ cup packed brown sugar
  • - 2 large eggs
  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • - 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • - 1 tsp baking soda
  • - ½ tsp salt
  • - 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • - ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • - ½ cup crushed peppermint candies
  • - Optional: melted white chocolate for drizzling
  • - Optional: flaky sea salt or sprinkles for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheets with parchment.
  • Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  • Mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and crushed peppermint.
  • Scoop dough onto sheets, 2 inches apart.
  • Bake 9–11 minutes, until edges are golden.
  • Cool on pan 5 mins, then transfer to a wire rack.
  • Optional: Drizzle cooled cookies with white chocolate and add toppings.

Notes

- Chill dough for thicker cookies
- Add nuts or cranberries for variety
- Store in an airtight container with bread to keep soft
