  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Orange Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Orange Zest
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Crisp
  • 1 teaspoon Honey

For Topping

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
  • Sesame Seeds for garnish
  • Chopped Peanuts for garnish
  • Peanut Sauce for drizzling

Preparation

  • Peel the carrots into long, delicate ribbons using a vegetable peeler or mandoline slicer.
  • Shred the red cabbage until you have 1 cup and slice the scallions thinly.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, orange juice, orange zest, sesame oil, chili crisp, honey, and minced garlic.
  • In a large bowl, toss together the carrot ribbons, shredded red cabbage, and sliced scallions.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and mix gently to coat everything.
  • Top the salad with cilantro, parsley, sesame seeds, and peanuts.
