Preparation Steps

  • In a small bowl or jar, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, grated garlic, and your choice of dijon mustard or tahini.
  • Whisk the mixture until everything is well blended and emulsified.
  • Slowly stream in the olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing thickens slightly.
  • Stir in nutritional yeast or parmesan, along with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer any leftovers to a jar with a lid and store it in the fridge for up to two weeks.
